یہ آیت کہتی ہے کہ کچھ لوگ اپنے گناہوں کا اعتراف کرتے ہیں اور اچھے کام بھی کرتے ہیں، لیکن کچھ برے کام بھی کرتے ہیں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ امید کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ان پر توبہ قبول فرمائے گا کیونکہ اللہ بہت بخشنے والا اور رحم کرنے والا ہے۔
